Richard was great to do business with so we contacted him again when we wanted siding done. Again, we were impressed with the quality of the product, installation and communication. Every step Richard communicated in a promptly manner. "Had the best price we found. House is a ranch style with hip roof, so lots of surface. We hoped to get it done before winter, but weather did not cooperate until spring. Once started, all went quickly. They did a great job cleaning up every day. Cost a little more than estimated due to needing to replace more damaged plywood, but not unexpected. Result looks good. Owner did touch-ups himself and sealed some cracked chimney mortar."

Completely unimpressed with the job.  A job that I can do by hand with two gallons or less of stain needed three gallons because most of it was sprayed into the air.  The decking, the most important part because the deck is on the west side of the house and gets lots of sun, is bare in spots.  I have always put two coats on that (and never needed three gallons) and figured anyone who was supposedly a professional would recognize the need for that and quote accordingly. The person who powerwashed the deck took it down to bare wood in spots, making it impossible for the stain to appear to be applied evenly.  This job was done by folks interested in making a quick buck, not doing a quality job.
