"Roomsmith displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout the entire project, from poor communication and constant delays to shoddy workmanship and a blatant disregard for trash left on our property. They failed to return calls/texts promptly and sometimes we didn’t hear back from them for weeks. We experienced frequent delays, ignored concerns, and not taking responsibility for issues like ordering the wrong window (and their professed ability to obtain this exact window is one of the reasons we chose them). They also completely overlooked part of our project (a small closet turned into a pantry) by not ordering any shelves even after the cabinet company told them multiple times that they never measured for them. They overlooked details like the floor transition not being flush and part of our old door frame wall is still there and shouldn’t be. Our project didn’t seem like a priority, more like an afterthought that they didn’t care about. They did not adhere to project timel"

It went so well, we didn't think twice about hiring Environmental Design again. Our first and only call was to Brian! Brian, due to his background and expertise at what he does, makes the process "enjoyable" and "care-free". Brian starts a project when he says he will and completes the project right on time. His estimating, layout and project planning and execution skills are excellent. Brian is also a very, very, very nice person to work with at all times. Same with his Team. No surprise they've been together for a long time. While placing boulders, the team is expert and very precise. They performed that task for both the front and back yard projects. They care for your existing yard, by placing plywood down while entering and exiting the property. They clean the site daily, to ensure you're well taken care of at all times. Plant selection (to ensure one will have color all year long) and layout/presentation of those plants is an excellent skill Brian and Environmental Design possess.
