"All in all I’m satisfied. They did need to excavate existing landscaping and did not return the area to its original appearance. I was also hoping they would provide (they did not) a cut sheet/map of the installation to prevent accidental digging into the irrigation lines."

"Dale installed my system back in 2012, and I've payed for his annual contract every year since. The annual contract includes startup in the spring and shutdown in the fall, priority service and a 15% discount on materials and labor for any problems the rest of the year, and a guarantee covering damage from freezing over the winter. They can also do the state's backflow preventer inspection, but I haven't needed that yet. Dale and his crew do a good job. Most years, the work I need is minor and is just done as part of startup or shutdown, like re-burying a short section of line or something. Last spring, one of the sprinkler heads was not working. Dale replaced it on the spot and billed me a reasonable price for the parts. Definitely recommended."

It took him just minutes to find and repair the problem. He was very polite, and he even suggested I buy a couple tools (found at Home Depot) that I could use to make similar repairs more efficient. Even though this was a very small job, I was impressed and will definitely use Northway Irrigation again if the need arises. The bill came later and was about as expected.
