"The scheduler I first talked to was very pleasant and thorough regarding my needs. A few days later Tim N. and another technician came at my request because I thought the refrigerator had to be pulled out of its very tight space. Tim immediately recognized there was no need for a second technician. I was not charged for that second technician. Tim pulled the bottom freezer door out, found that the fan in the freezer assembly had a bent blade, fixed that and he was done within an hour. Now the refrigerator runs almost silently. Quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Watson Appliance for service again and would recommend them to a friend."

After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days.
