"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! "My house was built 63 years ago and it still had the original wiring with fuse panels plus multiple add on breaker panels. There were multiple unseen problems that they found once the work began. The owner was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He removed the three small fuse panels, replaced the service head, and replaced the multiple panels with one that would acommadate all my power needs. Even with all of the added work caused by those hidden issues, he did not want to charge me over the original quote. I don't usually recommend anyone on a public format, but I am recommending Greene Electric."
