Whether the project is $35.00 or $300,000.00 we approach the Homeowner with respect and a service attitude. Tallahassee Construction Company holds a Residential Building Contractors License and a State Of Florida Roofing Unlimited License. If your project needs design or drafting work in order to give an estimate we can provide that service. We do all the legwork, paperwork, drawings, and Courthouse recording in order to secure the required building permits. Written estimates are the standard for Tallahassee Construction.
