"I hired Caleb McGalliard, owner and operator of Innovation Renovation to put together a dozen glass bookcases and build a bookcase base for them to sit on. I asked him to make sure the lights in the glass cases could all be turned on at once with one remote. Caleb had a positive attitude and explained how he would carry out this project, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Caleb's prices are about the same as other contractors I have consulted in the past or maybe a little more, but he warrants his prices. I was astounded at his skill set and the quality of his work was clearly his number one goal. "

"Did not clean windows or inside of oven. 3100 square foot house apparently cleaned in 3 hours. Very disappointed. They said they would clean all agreed areas but they pretty much did a normal clean but charged me three times. They didn?t even clean upper closest shelf or any areas that were inconvenient to reach. Will never hire again. Dust was everywhere and overall not worth the money. Barely spoke English. "My husband and I came home from visiting family over the holidays to a busted pipe in our basement. It was the main water line coming into the house. There was a river coming out of our garage and 3 inches of water in our basement. Not exactly what you want to come home to from being on the road for 10 days. Next day I called Pro-Worker and someone was sent right away to assess the damage. Steve was great and within 20 minutes I had a reasonable quote. Next day Steve came back with an excavator to dig up and fix the pipe. Leading up to Steve's arrival, I was kept in the loop of the estimated time of arrival. We had called other commercial names in town. One gave us a quote 4 times greater. Told us it would take half a day and a crew of men to complete. A couple of others told us they couldn't get to us until the end of the week, even though we told them we had absolutely no running water. Pro Worker/Steve came with one other guy and was done in just a couple of hours. As you can tell by the length of this post, I can't say enough great things about Pro Worker. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone!"
