What I particularly appreciate what is the fact that went Seth arrived to look at the job and see what I needed he spent time with me listening to my needs and asked all along questions to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. When he told me that the estimate will be available on a particular day it was there. Also, Joey was very diligent in letting me know the status of my work order, when the work would start, who is coming over and how to contact them if I needed to, and what supplies were in the warehouse and with supplies were still on or and when they were going to get there. I don’t think I could’ve asked for much more than that. The crews that showed up were there when they were supposed to. I even got heads up phone calls they were on their way. The cruise very professional, did an outstanding job, cleaned up, and even followed up by asking me if I was satisfied with the job. If I could put this company on speed dial, I would do it! I’m not saying that this was some of the best work and I had done, this was THE Best work I’ve ever had done. When I hired this company again? In a New York minute!"

"Leon actually gutting and remodeled one home. He also built a second home for our daughter. Both projects turned out phenomenal. He is a craftsman and an artist. I would not hesitate at all do to it again. On top of everything else he is patient and kind. He goes beyond and then does the next best thing. "

"Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."

"I hired Blade to redo our patio because it was leaking, he started the work, replaced the roof with aluminium, painted the existing frame of the patio the and tore out the old screen and installed Plexiglas plus installed a screen door, 2 months later the Plexiglas was cracking, I called Blade he told me he would call the manufacture, nobody called me so I called Blade again, he told me he was still waiting to hear from manufacture, so I called another pro to come out and look at patio enclosure and he told me the Plexiglas was not allowed to expand and contract, thus causing the cracking, Blade told me he would redo the Plexiglas almost a year ago, now every time I call he always has an excuse and my project is still not done and I have paid in full for the project"
