"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested.    Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me.    He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter.   Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time.  Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent.  He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work.  
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.

"Planning: We met with three contractors and reviewed small, medium and larger options for our existing space. Ryan from Norman Builders won us over with his confidence, organization and no problem attitude. Of course we had concerns and questions, but it was clear he had worked in colonial houses before. What really won us over was his excitement to do something different with our space. From day one, you could tell every detail of this job mattered as this was a new way to design a traditional space. His timelines, pricing and execution plan was clearly laid out. As a GC, he organized everyone from; designer, permits, dumpsters, demo, electric, plumbing, painters, floors, ceilings, etc. He would do it all. The Job: Completely gut our existing kitchen and formal dining room. Remove a wall and install a steal support beam. He'd then move the kitchen to the old dining space and make the old kitchen a common area with built in desk, bench and bar area. The dining room would then be moved to our four season bonus room. Floors, wall, ceilings all came down. All new plumbing and lighting throughout the first floor. Execution: I mean, its funny to say, but we miss these guys. They practically lived with us for the summer. Couldn’t have been better with our entire family (kids and dog included) Everyone was so respectful of world climate (summer of Corona) and space. Of course you need patience with the process. Timelines were clear and the job finished slightly ahead of schedule. In the End: I mean, wow. When we looked at the blueprint on day one, we legit thought they shared the wrong plans. We couldn’t imagine everything we wanted would fit. They nailed it. It’s a dream space for our family and we couldn’t be happier. We couldn’t recommend Ryan Norman Builders any higher. We can’t wait to have them back to work on the upstairs next."

"We worked primarily with James to have a skylight installed in our recently constructed bathroom, as well as replacing an existing window in a bedroom, and adding a storm door. He was prompt and communicative, and very diligent about ensuring the space was clean and tidy after the work was completed. We are very happy with the installation of the windows and storm door and would recommend!"

"Our existing bathroom was a half bathroom with sink vanity, toilet, washer and dryer. We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. Bill Perry and his crew were working in our house before renovating basement and building rooms there, so we knew that they were the best company for us. They were great giving us advice to improve on things that we wanted done, so they look and work better with a given space. We are very happy again. Thank you Perry Brothers!"

"Crew arrived Friday morning, got right to work, and finished about 1/2 the job before quitting time. They were back after the weekend and finished the job mid afternoon. The workers were polite, cleaned up after work completely, and they and the owner had outstanding communication and customer service skills. We were impressed with their work ethic and professionalism, as well as the solid and attractive construction of our new steps and landing. We would definitely hire this company in the future.

"Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. "Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!)
