"Mike was superb. The job required perseverance and Mike's never give up attitude paid off while working on my old house. The odyssey began when Mike tried to install the faucet I purchased. It did not fit. He went to a trade supple house in search of another that also did not fit. He was instrumental in getting the showroom to take the wrong one back, and recommended a helpful sales person who helped me buy an appropriate one. On the next visit we discovered that the holes were not drilled correctly, so the new faucet would not fit. Mike installed an inexpensive one for us to use until he could buy a special drill bit for cutting granite. Mike deftly enlarged the mounting hole, which was no small feat given the counter/sing/backsplash setup. He did so without damaging anything or creating a mess. He's also very personable and comfortable to be around and in the house. highly recommended."

Not having a quote before hand hurts when faced with the cost at the end, but compare to others, both Tony and Shawn were timely, and provided honest advice. Instead or replacing entire water pipes in my house, they added valve that controls water pressure intake attached to our new washing machine, which was rattling the entire house without the valve. Shawn also replaced all knobs and water filter in main water pipe and replaced them with lead free bolt handles. Awesome job overall ð"

"We were dealing with a relatively major leak in a very old tub/shower. We're planning on a complete re-do within the next few months, but couldn't survive as is and didn't want an expensive replacement that we'd just rip out in a couple of weeks. Other plumbers told us that our 3 handle set-up was just too old and couldn't be fixed, but from the moment Tim came in the door, we were in good hands. He told us he wouldn't leave until he had it fixed and he was a man of his word. He was able to rebuild stems that were at least 30-40 years old. He stopped our leaks and got us fixed so we now have months before we need to get someone in to rehab the bathroom. It's the difference between negotiating a rehab standing on a tightrope and negotiating one with your feet planted firmly on the floor. I have no doubt that he saved us more on the rehab than we payed for the repair. He also installed a new kitchen faucet while he was there. "Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."
