John was very easy to work with - He was very responsive to our original quote request, provided a quote promptly and included helpful reference information on preparing for a large painting project as well as numerous references and examples of previous projects. The price quote was competitive and his responsiveness was unmatched. Our house is a large Mansard Victorian with (3) colors and numerous, detailed areas that had to be addressed. His team was on-site as scheduled and worked non-stop until the project was done. There was an issue where the paint supplier provided an incorrect color and it wasn't discovered until it had been applied in a number of areas, but once notified of the issue John resolved it quickly and without any issue which was greatly appreciated. John's team was very professional, efficient and respectful - they did a fantastic job and the house looks great!"

"MA Design and Construction did a wonderful job on our kitchen and main floor remodel. Marc and Raquel helped my husband and I to vision an open floor concept, and they were available beyond their normal business hours to answer both design and installation questions (which we had quite a few). We felt comfortable to both call and text frequently to keep communication open, and they were willing to offer as much design input as possible to make those important decisions much easier. Even when issues arose (as is to be expected with major house projects), Marc was usually at the house that day or the following day to assess the issue and come up with solutions. "This was our 4th project with Bay State. They demo'd our old linear closet, refinished and painted our bedroom and installed built in wardrobe cabinets. As usual, they did an amazing job with everything. Even though it was a relatively small project, they gave it their full attention and focus, making sure everything was perfect. And the communication was great all along the way. I'm particularly grateful for Marcio, who has a great eye for design details, and went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. Even when we had the unexpected challenge of the cabinets not fitting through our hallway, he figured out how to have his team physically lift them (!) through our 2nd floor window. I'm still not sure how they actually did that! If that isn't going above and beyond I'm not sure what is! Also shout out to Marcus (electrician) who did a great job and gave great recommendations, as well as Andreina who was on top of communication and organization as usual.
