James did work on our double back deck, which consisted of upper deck top banister replacement, floor board & partial banister replacement on lower deck, and power washing & repainting of both decks. "I built the home Mr William Smith was contracted to replace the screening of the gazebo on my home’s deck and then power wash both the gazebo and deck. Do working with contractors is not new to me. After cleaning he was requested to apply a clear stain of my choice inside the gazebo and then a solid stain of my choice to both the deck surface and the gazebo’ outsides. I could not have been happier with a contractor ‘s service performance. Weather cooperating he masterfully completed everything in 3 days as estimated. The screening replacement was not straight forwarded. It not just that Mr Smith and his support did a great job he did not require deposit or payment on this scale of job until it was completed and performance approved by me. He is as open and honest of a contractor as I have met. His attention to detail was as if it was his own property. Also his cleanup was excellent. I thought his price was fair and have already recommended his services to neighbors."

"I needed to primarily have the garage pressure washed after cutting down a tree in between properties.  There was a great deal of algae growth on the siding.  I contacted the technician and he promptly set up an appointment.  He arrived on time and completed the job quickly.  After I saw the results on the garage, I inquired if he could do the rest of the house and vinyl fencing around my property.  He was extremely accommodating and was able to complete my service request the same day.  I couldn't be happier with the results!  While he was here, he noticed my brick patio and walkway also had a great deal of algae and weeds.  We discussed how slippery the brick becomes when it rains, and the fact that I have to continually weed it.  He made the suggestion of sealing the brick which would prevent the growth of vegetation.  That means I wouldn't have to spend so much time weeding!  I was elated, as this has been a continual problem for me for years!  I have scheduled another service appointment for him to complete this in April.  He was extremely professional and customer service oriented.  I will continue to use this company and would highly recommend him to any of my family, friends, and neighbors."

"All done well. Final seal on rhe deck took a while to get done (rain/wet surface delayed it). Phone contacts with road crews were the issue: did not alert us of a cancellation on a wet day they were to seal the deck, then showed up on a later date without warning or a doorbell ring when they did decide to do it. Good, hard, thorough workers, to be sure, and the office-staff phone contacts were all very responsive."

"I gave them a B on price, because it wasn't anything spectacular, but it was certainly fair. After a week or so, it rained and we saw there was a slight leak on the gutters. Mr. McGavin came by on July 4th and fixed it."

"Good. The appointment time wasn't confirmed so I was a little surprised when they knocked on the door. They told me it would be about $125 extra to do my house so I only had them do 2 sides. I did pay extra to have them do my concrete patio as well. The siding on the house and the concrete patio turned out great."
