"Omega Animal Removal - did not remedy the situation for which they have been paid. In Sep. 2020, we paid $2500 to Omega Animal Removal to remove squirrels that had broken into our attic. In Nov. 2020, I noticed squirrels had re-entered the attic, so I contacted Omega Animal Removal. Over the span of 4 weeks, I called and texted 5 times without ever receiving a reply. In Dec. 2020, I called the office and they dispatched a tech to my house. He remembered working on the house and agreed that the recent re-entry and damage was aggressive and needed repair. We made an appointment for his return the following week to remove the squirrels and make the repairs. He was a no-show on the appointed date. In Jan. 2021 I called the office again asking why the tech missed the appointment. I still have not received a reply from the tech or the office. I selected Omega Animal Removal based upon positive reviews and their 'lifetime' guarantee. I paid top dollar and yet my rodent problem has not been resolved and I can't get anyone at Omega Animal Removal to address and remedy the situation for which they have been paid. UPDATE 1/23/2021 - Good News- I did hear back from Omega Animal, one day after my posting here. They apologized and dispatched a guy to remedy the hole. I appreciate them taking care of this as advertised. I change their grade from an F to an A. I support them 100% ."

"Jeremy and Ben did a thorough and professional job in capturing and removing for release 4 raccoons and 2 opossums that were damaging my yard. They first did a property assessment, listened to all my concerns and answered all questions, then set and baited cages. Over a period of approximately two weeks, several animals were caught. They were extremely responsive to my phone calls and arrived very promptly to pick up the captured animals. Within 1 week they caught 4 rats (if memory serves me correctly), located and sealed a couple of entry points that they thought the rats might be coming in from and I have yet to hear anything in the attic since. Since 2010 they have come out and provided us with timely and reliable monthly service by baiting for the rats in bait stations around our house and landscaping, spray the exterior for ants and spiders, and also treat for gophers in the rare chance they pop up in our yard. I hired them because they also take care of our HOA as well for gophers and provide impeccable services (you should have seen our greenbelt and slopes before they started). <br /> Any person I've ever encountered with this company has always been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of their industry. <br /> Last night, we had a bee swarm fly into our house. When we came home there was a ball of bees resting on the kitchen light fixture. We called their after hours line, and Lee came out at 10PM. He was our knight in shining armor and removed the swarm. They charged us $185 for the bee removal (regular price vs emergency rates) since we've been customers for so long. "I was very pleased with the experience.  I had been suffering a nightmare scenario of very persistent rats that had fallen in love with my car (that was parked outside in the drive way).  After three trips to the mechanics shop and complete failures to DIY the problem, I called Choice Pest Control.  He inspected the area and gave my home a look over.  While we did not have an indoor problem, he gave a lot of good advice about securing that better as well.  In any case, with all the advice he gave he was very forthright saying I could probably do the work myself, but that being experienced in doing it he would probably be able to do it faster and easier.  Ultimately, I happily let the professional do the work and he installed several bait traps.  I haven't had an attack on my car since and actually caught site of one of the culprits post trap, which was a little macabre but satisfying. <br />"
