Tri-City Steel began as a family-run business rooted in construction and metal roofing. When friends and neighbors needed quality roofs but didnt know where to start, we stepped in, combining decades of steel expertise with trusted local partnerships to deliver reliable, high-end roofing solutions. We specialize in metal roof replacements, new installations, and re-sheeting services for residential and commercial properties. But what truly sets us apart isnt just what we build, its how we build it: with care, transparency, and integrity from start to finish.
"We hired a GC to oversee the build of our new home, after getting partially finished he took the rest of our money and abandoned the project. We hired a full inspection and found nearly everything was either incomplete, faulty, not up to code, or in need of repair. Essentially we were starting over. We reached out to Mark at Tri-City and he provided us a very fair and reasonable quote to make all the necessary repairs and finishes to our roof and trim. Along the way he was very pleasant to work with. When his guys were finished, he first hand inspected it and said he wanted them to touch up a couple of very minor things. He has a high expectation and pride in their workmanship."
