The companies sent out sales men, people who have probably never replaced a window a day in their life! With Action Windows, the owner of the company(Ken), came out and gave the estimate, answered the phone every time I called, and was at my home the entire time during the day of install, working at installing windows. The other two companies we inquired with would not take down my plantation shutters during window install as well as re-hang them. I would need to hire an additional company to do this.
