"5 Stars all the way! Amadeus and Luis did an excellent job for me. Their entire crew takes a lot of pride in their work, and they were quite pleasant to deal with. Luis was meticulous doing the sprinkler system pipes. Nice clean glue joints without any messy glue all over everything. They used the highest quality parts on my sprinkler system. Even the parts that are buried when they're done were the best. I also liked that they were able to do everything. New sprinkler system, brick planter, plant flowers and a new tree, and even remove the old sick tree. Amadeus was very good at asking what I wanted, and then getting it done. He kept me informed at every step what was happening next and was I happy with the work as it was being done. He is all about good customer service. They cleaned up everything when they were done and checked everything to make sure it was done right. They charged me a fair price and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and would hire them again."

"The work was done properly. However the cost was very high in my opinion. Three workers showed up at 7:00AM and completed the job at 2:00 PM. That is a total of twenty-one man hours of work. Materials cost between $200 and $300 leaving a total of $2,700 for labor. Thus the cost per man/hour was $129.00. That seems high to me for this type of labor. If you don't mind paying that much for this type of work that is fine. However, I think you might be able to get the same quality work for quite a bit less"

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder. We didn t realize how little we actual knew about our house until Shannon s inspection. All things considered and according to our estimates his visit saved us about $3,000 in potential repairs.
