They set up a visit to look at my roof and were very thorough with pictures and documenting the damage to my roof. They worked well with my insurance and were great about keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Once the insurance side was worked out and the roof replacement and ceiling repair started, it went very quickly and the crew worked fast and did a great job. I had neighbors come over and ask for their information because they were so impressed with the crew and the work they did. The only thing that was a bummer is that it rained a lot toward the end of the job and so it was hard to clean up all beads/mess from the roofing job so once things dried up, I had more clean up than I'd like, but they did great removing nails and other materials. I have recommended Glacier to other people. Our roof looks great and no more leaking! I also like the many choices of color for the roof tiles and that it is more environmentally friendly than a lot. "The sales reps, Brian and Sam are great- very knowledgeable about roofing and the products offered. Our roof is in very poor condition due to no maintenance from previous owners and they included replacing the fascia boards along with the roof, as well as replacing the poor ventilation with a much better system which should minimize the dampness problem that is present currently. The fact that the roof has a 50 year transferable warranty should help us or our heirs get top dollar down the road if we or they sell the house. Our home will not only look much nicer but will be safer, more comfortable, and worth more. Can’t wait to see the finished product!!"
