I hired them do install a French drain and sump pump. I had a lot of water and needed masonry work done on the old foundation walls. The owner reassured me, and informed me of the mortar he was using, and he and his crew did a great job with repairing leaks and applying thoro-seal on the walls. Another big problem I had was with mold and mildew. He cleaned the entire basement and it is now mold free! When the job was finished, the owner came, took a look, and it looks like I have a brand new basement! I am very pleased with the company and its work! "Tom was very good. He showed up and personally gave me an initial quote and this quote was exactly what the installation ended up costing. I got quotes from five other providers in the area and Tom was the lowest. Even if he wasn't the lowest, I probably would have picked him anyway since he obviously knew what he was doing from the way he explained how everything would be installed and the sequence of events from the time the gas company put their meter in to the final inspection. I was very impressed with how the piping was installed and how the unit was mounted and vented. He also installed a hard-wired carbon monoxide\smoke detector next to the unit. Excellent workmanship all around and now I have a 96% efficient gas boiler instead of an oil boiler that is 3 times the size needed for my house. <br />"
