"He was very responsive and accommodating, providing me an estimate after hours and also squeezing me into his busy schedule at the last minute. The work took a little longer than expected and a couple things were left off my to do list that I thought were included in the initial estimate. I didn’t bother to say anything because he did re grout my entire tub which was not on my list so I was very appreciative. Here are the things I had issues with: The tile he replaced in the shower were a different color then what I have installed, the dry wall repair looks unfinished and although he took the time to explain my faulty shower plumbing issue (and even tried to to do the best he could to repair it), the shower is now in a worse condition than before the repairs and my water is not getting hot anymore."

"I had an outside light that would not work.  Gary identified the problem and quickly fixed it.  It was a simple fix and he chose to NOT bill me.  He essentially fixed the problem as he was diagnosing it!  
Gary spent about 45 minutes of his time at my home, during which time he gave me an estimate for another job I need done.  Our conversation lead me to believe that Gary knows his business, is a problem-solver, and believes in providing his customers the maximum value for their money.  While no one wants to need repair work done in their homes, I feel a little better knowing that I've found a businessman who knows his trade and will do the job right the first time.

"The work was excellent, and Alex was very personable. He explained everything he planned to do. He showed up when scheduled, and communicated everything. He also took the time to research what paint/stain would be best, and waited for the best time to apply it. He was quick and efficient, and the job came out perfectly, and exceeded our original expectations. We plan to have him back in the spring to do some house trim repair. He has installed an egress window in my basement, fixed a concrete slab issue I had with another contractor, and is currently working on painting our front, foyer, & basement drywall repair. He has also done great work for my mother in law on many occasion. He NEVER disappoints."
