They offered an option to patch the damaged part or to replace the whole thing; we went with the latter. It took two days; the ceiling was done the first day, and then they took the second to paint. "Kris has painted at our home before and rebuilt our deck 6 years ago, This time we asked him to power wash, stain and paint the deck. We have used other painters before but have never had such an experienced team as we have with Kris and his team. Kris came by in the morning and power washed the deck and told us the team would be over later that day. As promised they came that afternoon and got right to work. They returned the following morning to finish the work. Jose, one of the painters worked with me to find the right color paint so he could repaint some areas around the house that needed to be touched up. He was friendly and professional and did a great job. They cleaned up everything afterwards which you do not always find with contractors. We will continue to use Kris when we need painting and will continue to refer everyone to him. He may not be the least expensive but he is well worth his fair price and he has always exceeded our expectations.

"A water pipe broke upstairs and did considerable damage. Lemus Contracting had to take down the kitchen cabinets and rebuild the drywall ceiling and walls, then put everything back up. The drywall all had to be repainted. The same type of work was necessary in the bathroom. They were helpful in proposing solutions to various problems that arose during the reconstruction. Finally they had to dry things out to prevent mold and also replace some of the laminate flooring which had been damaged in other rooms. I found them to be conscientious and punctual in their work. I have used them for other projects since then with similar results."

"excellent - we lucked out with Sam and his crew for painting exterior of our house. We got their estimate several weeks before but undecided. He called back fortuitously on the last warm weekend of fall 2016. We had negotiated initial price, but turned out we wanted more work than original spec.
