"It all went very well.  The crew of one arrived on time and then walked us thru the entire work order to make sure all the worked that needed to be done was documented on the work sheet and that we all understood the process.  The tile in the bathroom shower was re-grouted and then sealed.  The same for the tile floor in the master bath and guest which was cleaned and sealed.  There was no mess as everything was meticulously done and cleaned up.  The kitchen floor tiles were then re-grouted and sealed.  The grout that was used was very expensive and we were able to keep the can to do any future maintenance.  When we got the estimate Charles explained to us that because of the way the floor was installed the grout could break apart again but the grout he would be using had more flexibility and be less likely to break apart and that since we were paying for the can we would be keeping it and could use it again it need be. <br />"

"It went as well as I would have expected, which is perfectly (I always expect perfection). We have about 840 sq feet of stone floor with extremely dirty grout lines. AGS came in and cleaned the floor and that got the grout back to about half good and then they stained the grout lines and that brought back the original color and the floor is gorgeous. We are really pleased. It was pretty expensive, but the guy spent four days doing it and the result is oh so worth it. We have our new floor back!"

I often had to take the initiative to call Tam to follow-up on information and scheduling but we did get everything worked out. <br /> <br /> - Cost was normally $650 but Tam asked for a $50 surcharge due to our location out in the East Bay. <br /> <br /> - Work started at 9am and was finished at 5pm. <br /> <br /> - Work started with Tam's brother (Austin) and one assistant removing the grout with hand tools. At about midday, Austin left for another installation. Another staff member came by at about 2pm and Austin returned at about 3pm. So there were three people finishing up at the end of the day although Austin seemed to be doing most of the work. <br /> <br /> - Austin used the extra materials to clean-up the caulk for our toilet and sink (gratis). <br /> <br /> - Results look acceptable but I noticed some variation in the color of the grout. It's unclear to me what the cause of this is. I also found some grout material adhering to the tiles which I had to remove on my own. <br /> <br /> - Austin accepted my check and told me that his brother would mail me the invoice and receipt. I received nothing as of November 10th and sent an email inquiry. The invoice (marked and quot;Paidand quot;) was emailed to me on November 12th. <br /> <ul> <li></li> </ul> <br />"

"WOW!! Excellent service!  First, Octavio arrived on time and walked through the house with me, noting specific spots and asking if I knew what they were.  It had been about 7 years since the last time the carpets were cleaned and our cats (poor old things at 17 & 19 when they passed) had left lots of stains and odors behind.  Carpet is a light beige and had a visible dirt trail down the hallway. <br /> By the time Octavio was done, the stains and odors were gone.  The whole carpet was brighter.  He got out stains that I thought he might only be able to lighten.  A Miracle worker!  He moved some furniture pieces to get under that I only expected him to go around.  He took care not to scrap any walls or furniture with the hoses.  The overall job was completed in about 4 hours and I would definitely use G&G again! <br />"
