"First time job was done very well and all painters were very professional.  We selected a color from a little sampler which you couldn't tell what color it really was and when the job was finished the room looked pink, which wasn't going to work.  My wife was very unhappy about the way the color turned out so the owner was asked to repaint it and we would pay him and purchase our own paint.  He wasn't very happy but agreed to for a set amount.  The second crew had only one of the original painters with them and they did a much worse job by not covering the floor and so we had to clean up paint drippings, they left wide paint brush strokes next to trim on the walls and one of the workers used the bathroom and left it in a mess.  When we confronted the owner with our findings he became belligerent and said we didn't know what we were talking about and then stormed out the door.  We tried to find out what he was going to do to correct the problem and he would never answer our phone calls.  Later we went to the BBB he said he would talk with us about the problem but by that time we had our fair share of the nonsense so we have never settled the issue and to this date we refuse to deal with the owner again."

I knew I would have to call the professionals because if anything broke at least they would be insured. Tipton called and came out 30 minutes later to fix my sink. It took the repair guys maybe an hour to fix it. They knew what they were doing and they didn't mind my dog sitting there watching them bc my dog is very curious. I knew it would cost a bit of money to get just a simple sink fixed but it was worth it bc they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.."
