Also we had them come out to my house 10 months later for a different problem with our foundation and they saw the previous crew missed some small things so they are repairing the crawlspace for free. "The encapsulation went very well. The workers removed existing insulation and did a nice job putting up new insulation. They also sprayed the mold on the floor joists above, although that cost extra. The problem arose when the foreman came to rear of the house to see the patio to be removed. He seemed completely surprised at its size and told me quite frankly that they were not given its dimensions, and so had no way to haul that much concrete away that day. The fact that they didn't have the size of the patio is bizarre, since an inspector came to our house twice (once to quote, the other to sign documents) and had measured the patio both times. The workers broke up the concrete and said they would arrange for someone to come out and remove the concrete-- also frustrating as I'm a teacher, and this work was being done the very last weekday of summer break. Now I can see how miscommunications can happen, and I understand that the workers couldn't haul away the material that day. That's not my issue. My issue is that here we are Wednesday of next week, and not only does my back yard still look like the apocalypse has hit, but they didn't even call to schedule anything! I've heard nothing! When I called them myself at 4PM I was sent to the scheduling people only to get a recording and a voice mail! When you mess up, it's only a problem if you don't make it right, and these people seem wholly unconcerned that they messed up and left a huge mess in my back yard. I understand that the removal of concrete isn't their forte, but this is just silly. Update: After calling, they scheduled an appointment to haul away the concrete the next week, and while they did it, the representative was really pushy trying to upsell me on tons of extras. If I ever need work done on my foundation again, I will definitely find someone else. I suggest you consider doing the same."

"The work was excellent. They were timely and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. They were sure to provide us with as little inconvenience to our day to day routine as possible, which was a big plus in my book, because home repair is stressful. I really haven't seen many companies who were as accommodating as they were. The owner was in constant contact with us throughout the job, not only by phone but in person! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Even at the end of the job when he was picking up the backhoe he asked if we wanted to loosen any of the shrubbery we wanted to remain in our landscaping for the time being so it could be easily removed later if we decided to. Some companies come in, you never speak to the owner, they lag on the job, they're disorganized, they don't stick to their timelines, they inconvenience your home life, and you never get to tell anyone you want something done differently than originally planned. I had the exact opposite experience with Precision foundation, I saw no one slacking, they stuck to their timeline, I was able to speak with the owner, I was able to change the original plan, I could add-on work, they were happy to do provisional work, I could change something to my liking, and they were affordable. It was a great experience all around. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a basement waterproofing company who knows their stuff, gets the job done quickly, and is willing to work with the homeowner. A+"

"I purchased this home a couple years ago. We noticed that the previous owner had applied a this coating on the basement wall in an attempt to seal wall cracks that ran from top to bottom. Obviously this was not the proper way to repair it and they began to seep as time went on. I read reviews on Angie's List and chose to call Dave with The Crack Team. He called back within a short time and gave an estimate based on my description of how many leaks I thought I had. We set a date and when he got here the estimate was reduced in half because I confused crack repair with rod hole fillings. He repaired 2 long cracks and filled about 12 rod holes. He was very friendly and professional. He did a neat job and cleaned up afterwards. Also he offered suggestions for some minor floor cracks. Thanks to him the basement now appears to be completely dry. The work came with a "Lifetime of the Structure Warranty". I am very pleased with the contractor and the workmanship and will certainly recommend him to others."

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"I discovered mold in the lower level of my house. Ron and Dan came out and surveyed the damaged areas. They recommend I get an air quality test, by a third party which I did. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done. After the remediation was completed we got together to discuss the rebuild phase, and took as much care with that as they did the remediation phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have this type of work done, or even just a remodel of your house, I knew I was in good hands with Ron and Dan, and the results proved it."
