"I spoke with John Casale and set up an appointment for a new sump pump installation and he came the next day. He gave me a quote and I signed up to start. It was only 2 wks and they were here today. The guys did an amazing job, cleaned up everything in the basement where they dug the pit and put up plastic sheeting for the dust and runners on the floor. They replaced the grass over the new line out so well that you cant even tell they were here. Nicest guys to work with. I will recommend them highly to everyone, a great company to deal with."

"We paid close to $20,000 to BQ Basements to completely waterproof our basement. We still get water and they told us we need another sump pump installed at over $2,000. They guaranteed we would not get water after installation. Be aware they do not stand behind their work or honor warranties."

"Booking the appointment was fine the problem began after my new dishwasher was installed. The kickplate was mistakenly thrown away by the plumber. It wasn’t detected until another plumber from Garon T came to finish connecting the sink and insta-hot. He apologized and assured me that they would resolve the problem immediately. That never happened, I called repeat talking and leaving messages to Pamela. Who would apologize but never resolve the problem. Two weeks later, asked what is taking so long and to speak to someone further up the food chain. Spoke to a supervisor who explained this was the first she was hearing about it. Another week and a series of phone calls which ended in insincere apologies. At that point, I had enough contacted the manufacturer myself and received the kickplate in a few days. Then I received this text from Pam. “Hello,This is Pamela with Garon T Plumbing, Heating & AC. Hope y’all are doing great today. Just wanted to touch base to advise that I don’t yet have the arrival date for the kickplate. I apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as I know. Thank you - have a great weekend!” I replied we already have the kick plate and after three weeks of terrible customer service the issue was resolved. It’s a shame they have such appalling, customer service. We had plan to use them for additional work, however, with customer service unable to resolve a simple problem I’m not sure if I trust them moving forward. Since posting this I have not received any response from Garon T not even an offer to finally install the kickplate."
