"Joyce reviewed our job request and provided all the information we needed to make a decision"

"Let start by saying that all of the gentlemen were very nice. From the salesman to the installers. They did a very nice job. We are overall pleased with the outcome. But the gentleman that performed the installation did have their quirks. They were super friendly. But they showed up 4 hours early for the job. One of the installers showed up with a laceration of the finger that I ended up tending to. I am a healthcare provider so I did not mind, but it was still very odd. Like any good host I offered them drinks, and things went pretty well. Thankfully, I speak Spanish, because they seemed to have some questions I was able to help them with. If I did not speak Spanish, I am not sure what would have occurred. Furthermore, I wish they would have done the corners on the baseboards differently. They still have some very pronounced sharp edges. It is nothing we cannot fix, but it would be nice if we did not have to. Overall, the job was nicely done, but things could have gone a little smoother. Oh well."

"Jim has done multiple projects for me in the Ohio area and always makes sure my customer is happy. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. The very first job I needed help on, he dropped everything to rush over to help us out. He is super great about communication throughout the job, which I appreciate tremendously!!"

"I have done several projects with this company, and they have done a great job. I will continue to use their service for future projects!"

"We love the floors and the work looks superb. It took a view days to get a quote and the original quoted price came in lower than most of my other quotes and Diamond was able to start the job right away. Diamond arraigned delivery of the flooring ahead of time, and Joel was able to get the floor I picked out for me at a little lower price than if I'd gone direct for the flooring. The crew showed up in full force and ready to work. Slight delay luan underlayment was not delivered with floor, and the foam underlayment was mistakenly not quoted so I was advised that there would be an additional charge added to my final invoice. The crew did the demo work and moved with such care all of the furniture while the materials were being picked up. Once materials arrived the crew went to work and what was quoted has a two day job was done in a day. Outside of the 500.00 difference on the final invoice everything was has promised and then some. I would definitely have them back to do more work and would recommend to othere. I will just double and triple check that everything is on the quote prior to the start of the job."

"They did a fantastic job. They were conscious of the marble pieces didn't like as well and used those in less conspicuous places. We had a decorative herringbone accent that looks amazing. I couldn't be more pleased with the result! I would definitely recommend them and use the next time we need tiling."

"Dawn and Steve from IC floors were an absolute joy to work with. My wife and I have done several renovations to our home using several companies and I can honestly say that IC was one of the best. We were originally going to go with a big box retailer but at the last minute decided to give Dawn a call for pricing. They not only beat the big box price but, in my opinion, did a better job explaining what we needed and what was going to happen with the install. They also accommodated our somewhat unusual schedule due to other jobs being completed. Our home turned out absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend them for any flooring projects!"
