Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"<p>We recently purchased flooring from Carpets of Dalton.  Our experience was great.  We encountered a very kind salesperson who listened to our ideas and expectations.  We agreed on carpet for our bedrooms, tile for our baths, kitchen and laundry and beautiful hardwood for our dining and living areas.  This project was spread over several weeks and they were great in helping us coordinate the install with all the furniture we had to move.  The gentleman who came to measure was polite and professional. "I contacted Walk On Me Flooring through Angie's List messaging.  Mike Ballard called me back within an hour and we set up a time for him to come to the property where I needed porcelain tile and carpeting installed.  He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.  He explained the costs associated with the job and we scheduled a time for this work to be done.  Mike constantly kept in contact with me and even got us scheduled a week earlier.  The tile work that was provided by Leo was absolutely perfect.  Leo was very helpful and very personable.  The tile that he installed was done beautifully.  I couldn't have asked for a better outcome or experience.  The carpeting also was installed in the bedrooms and it was also very well done.  They took all the trash, old pads, and they cleaned up everything before leaving.  Best experience I have ever had with hiring flooring work!  I absolutely recommend this business."

"This was not a job for the "average" floor installer. The flooring material we had purchased in advance was 2,000 square feet of reclaimed Hemlock from a 100 year old grainery in Texas. The product was milled, 3/4" tongue & groove, and  unfinished. We quickly learned that there were few installers in the greater Phoenix area with true experience in installing this type of rustic, reclaimed floor. Much less, we needed it installed directly onto the existing concrete slab as we had no allowance for a subfloor (we were remodeling a 1965 home). We were told by many installers who were used to installing the inferior Chinese produced "click and glue" junk wood flooring, that it couldn't be done--that is, UNTIL we found Rod with Majestic Flooring. Rod was confident that he could install our beautiful flooring with no problem and would guarantee the install. Though he wasn't the least expensive bid we received, his confidence, experience, and knowledge of the product and what needed to be done was what made us decide he was our guy. We couldn't have chosen a better contractor. Rod worked on the project himself to insure it was done right.  It turned out EXACTLY as we had hoped--only better. We were going for a rustic, but warm and elegant look and that's exactly what we got. Majestic Flooring followed through on every promise made and went above and beyond what was promised. They were timely and finished the project on time and without hitch. We would recommend Majestic Flooring to anyone wanting a quality job done on any type of flooring--especially reclaimed wood. "Richard came out to measure the floor and to give us an estimate to install a new floor.  However, when he got there and looked at the existing damage, he assured us that his people could repair the problem for only the cost of a service call.  I was very impressed with Richard's honesty!  I doubt that many business owners would have been honest enough to bring up the option of repairing the existing floor, especially since it was obvious that I was fully expecting to replace it.  He basically gave up the revenue from a full floor replacement (likely to be about $8000) for the fee of a service call.  (The repairman came out today, and did an excellent job of repairing the floor.)  I was very impressed and appreciative, and Bilbie's will definitely be first in line when I have any flooring work to be done in the future."
