"I am an 80 year old veteran and the Handy Veteran Kevin asked if I would write a review. I was very pleased with all work done by Kevin and Teko. They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done. Kevin and Teko were very easy to work with and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"I was looking for a new garage door within the year but I needed one immediately after knocking the bottom half of my garage door off the tracks. I called and spoke to Jose and he said he would come look at it within the hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later and just as I thought I needed a new door. He took measurements and said they would be able to install a new door that same day. Later that afternoon Jose (a different Jose) arrived and took off the old door, frame, wood around the door and spring. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked how long he had been doing this type of work and he said 20 years. You could really tell! I was impressed by his workmanship and attention to detail. I was a beautiful job. I will use Benchmark in the future for any work involving my garage door or openers."

"Went well, they fixed broken lines in the concrete floor, took out all the cabinets in the kitchen,tore up old flooring and carpets, replaced cabinets, laid Pergo throughout the house, and recut and hung all doors and trim to fit... Painted all, and hooked everthing back up!... Would highly recommend Bob and his crew!  Plus they're pleasant to work with... (That always helps)

"Zoran as always was a true professional. He and his wife arrived to review the work with me. They measured the doors and ordered them. They came back as soon as the doors arrived and started to install them. The work took 2 full days and was perfect. They hung and painted each door and jamb. In the bathroom they were concerned that they might need to redo some tile work but the door ended up being perfect. Old world craftsmanship can't be matched and that is what one gets with Zoran. He takes pride in his work and goes over and above in completing his job, even doing things not on the "list" because they aren't up to his standards."

"Mike and his team did an excellent job from beginning to end! He went over some pricing on different types and let US decide, but also gave his advice. Due to weather, the project had to wait a little longer, but Mike kept in contact and did what he said he was going to do in the initial meeting. We have a very sloping yard and Mike wasn't happy with one of the gate placements and came back out and changed it to make it right. I definitely recommend using Tristar Landscape and Fencing!"

"Luis and his team were awesome. An unexpected leak from our kitchen sink caused such a big mess. My wife and I had to replace all the flooring in our home because of it and after getting super expensive quotes from other contractors. My wife told me to find someone local and I found Luis, he’s very respectful. We left him at our house most of the time to finish the job and he got done in time and did the most amazing job on our floors. He also installed a bathroom vanity and a new toilet in our powder bathroom. I recommend this man he’s amazing, hard-working and do a wonderful job and most importantly very trustworthy.
