To fix some issues with two doors, they even built new thresholds to make sure waters moves away from the house yet no one will slip or trip getting in or out of the house. 
Throughout the process, everyone was very communicative in explaining what they needed from me and how work and payment would proceed. And for someone who hates using the phone, I was glad that basically everything could be done through email. The crew was also very gracious in dealing with my skittish dog.
Lastly, they left things cleaner than it started, particularly the basement. In order to get into nooks and crannies, they carefully moved things, including bookcases that are now neater than before the project started.
