"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. "The installation was completed quickly and efficiently and with high quality. The door include a pet door/flap too. On that note, make sure you a size that fits your pets. I have a medium size dog and her won't fit, and the person that ordered the door saw my pet, so not sure how the size turned out to be too small. However, I also have 4 cats and they can use the flap and I decided it was not the end of the world. I am still overall happy with the service and the overall door install."
