"Quick with a bid, reasonable on price, fast to complete work.  They moved the furniture and bbq pit off our deck (and replaced after completing the job).  They repaired loose boards.  They were careful not to drip stain on the siding or patio below.  Really, could not have been happier with the job.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Thing went well except they did not paint my outside garage door and facing that is on garage side as well inside door frame. I paid extra for this and I specifically requested this be painted. I called them about 3 weeks ago but it has not been taken care and I am still waiting for them to contact me."
