His installers were professional and were very complete in clean up.The more impressive feature it that Craig has been out to my house a few times after installation to address minor adjustments. He has helped me figure out what happened after gutter guards were installed by another company. "Sales, Office and Installers were all very professional and quick. I am very happy with ALL of the work and interactions with Window World and would do business with them again without question. I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World."

"Hired Jason to come a couple of days prior to the removal of old and installation of new kitchen countertop. Kitchen cabinet was an appliance garage that interfered with countertop installation. Countertop installers would not touch cabinets due to liability issues. I spoke to Jason on the phone and explained what I needed done and the timing of it. Jason scheduled a couple days prior to countertop install to remove the cabinets and scheduled the day after to reinstall the cabinets. Jason showed up on-time both days to do the job. However, because of the difference in thickness between the old and new countertops there were gaps at the bottom and sides of the cabinet. Since my wife didn't really want the bottom part of the cabinet (appliance garage) anyway, I ask Jason if it was possible to cut off the bottom and make it match up with the other cabinets so I didn't have to buy all new cabinets. He said he could easily do it and it would look nice and line up with the other cabinets and we would not know that the bottom was cut off. He needed to come back another day with the proper tools and saw. I agreed and he rescheduled to come back. He arrived again on-time and started modifying the cabinet and reinstall it. When he was done it looked great. More importantly, when my wife returned from work that evening and saw the completed work she was so excited how nice it all looked. So great job Jason and thanks!"

"Our overall experience with GCS has been very good, the owner (Dennis) has done whatever it takes to make us happy with this project, We must give kudos to the tile setter Doug, he started early and stayed late, he even worked on Saturday and Sunday so that we could have our bathroom done ASAP, and the job Doug did was incredible, our shower and floors look so amazing. The only negative was some of the workers didn't quite understand the meaning of doing a job right the first time, and was more concern about going on to the next job, it was mostly little things, but they were still important to us, but Dennis came over and fixed or will have it fixed, so I'm not going to dwell on that. My wife and I are very please with the overall quality of our new bathroom and the work that GCS performed, in fact we've already hired GCS for our next project, to install new floors and do other repairs/upgrades around our home.
