He met my insurance agent when he came and they reviewed the damage. When I received the first payment from my insurance company, Thad was over the review options and sign the contract. This occurred on Friday. The roofing job was completed the next Friday (and the delay was because I got a special order shingle which delayed the job two days). The job was done professional with no issues. There was no damage to the surroundings and the job looks excellent. Thad provided pictures was the roof was being done. "Tommy and his team did a great job on our chimney! Once it finally stopped raining Tommy and his crew got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. Tuck pointed and painted my chimney. Not single drop of water has come in since he finished his work. They cleaned up all materials afterwards too!
