"Phil Clendenin was professional in his work.  He came to my house and we discussed what we wanted in our kitchen remodel.  He made measurements and provided information and suggestions on what we can change and some limitations. His expertise in remodeling was helpful with our specific questions about relocating our stove and placement of a new faucet that would need a new drain installed. Later he provided a diagram showing the new layout.  I requested a change to one of the cabinet sizes and he made the modification and emailed the updated version to me.  The diagram was in a pdf document that I can take to get estimates on the remodel. <br /> A few months earlier, he also came out to my house and gave me an estimate on repairing a sill beam that is damaged. We later had an evaluation by an engineer/inspector and decided on an alternate method of repairing the damage.  Even though we did not move ahead with that repair, I appreciated Phil's willingness to come and provide the estimate on this small repair. <br />"

"Unbelievably fast! Okay, this was in my 87 year old mom's house. She complains about just about everything we have done for her, whether it's a tv repair or a doctor visit, doesn't matter. BUT, mom loves Jess! She thinks he is heaven sent and probably the only honest man for hire left in the world. Says she's never seen anybody work fast as Jess, which I tried not to take personally. So, to be specific, he showed up at 8am and by that afternoon had torn out and replaced the collapsed joists under the bedroom and put down new sub-flooring. Not too shabby. I'm going to hold off on specific price info for now, simply because, first I think he prices himself too cheap, and second he's coming back to do some finish work in a few days that isn't priced out yet. We just love this guy."

"Eddie Ogier (owner) and his crew are easy to work with. They explain what they are doing and why they need to do it that way. The quality or work, the care to detail, are terrific. Eddie had been recommended to me for Stucco work when we moved into our first stucco home. In fact, we were encouraged to avoid all others! They specialize in stucco work and it shows. They took the stucco evaluation from the stucco inspector and took care of all our problems, which were considerable. Eddie also added two new windows during the buildout of the basement rec room. The results were excellent. Years later, the work done since then has been quite modest as Eddie got us ahead of the curve with the initial repairs. Just a note. One winter a year or two after our first work with Eddie noted above, we had a horrendous water leak in our kitchen during weeks of an extended freeze. I called Eddie hoping to get a recommendation on where to turn. To my surprise and great pleasure. Eddie came out personally, got on our icy roof, found the problem and spent a day on the roof fixing it. What can you say about someone so willing to help his customers!"
