He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. I was surprised when they came out within an hour and a half, but it was still too dangerous for them to get on the roof because of the winds. The worker said he would be back out the next day at 11. He completed the job quickly and gave me a very detailed report on what he did and the overall condition of the roof (its going on it's 15th year). He cleaned up and left everything the way it should be. The only concern was the cost ($275) as it seemed a bit higher than what I thought it would be. HOWEVER, considering they came out the same day I called...returned the next...and made me a priority, I realize that is worth the cost. No complaints and I would defiantly use them again!"

That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."
