"Bobby performed several projects for us over the course of a couple of months. He repaired exterior house trim, installed an electrical outlet, repaired drywall, painted interior rooms, and installed a new tile floor. He pays attention to every precise detail, and the results are excellent. He is very responsive, organized and neat, and I felt perfectly comfortable giving him a key to access our home while we were not there. Bobby was more than capable of tackling any job we threw at him, and I definitely recommend him for your home projects."

"We were delighted with the outcome of the installation of a new surround on our fireplace. This was a re-do of an initial installation by another contractor that did not work out too well! I was nervous about getting this done right and Kevin put me at ease immediately. He was precise, highly skilled, and very aware that we were not happy with the first installation. It turned out beautifully."

"Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"Terrible (but good!). The terrible part was making multiple phone calls over a two month period but never getting a call back to get an estimate and scheduling an appointment. Finally, called and got the owner, David. He was very negative and admitted that to me when he called back to apologize. Of course there not everything has a 100% guarantee in life, but all I want was a similar antenna installed like the first one 10 years ago pointing in the same directions to cover sets in my kitchen/DR. The original one has worked well (95% of the time) picking up not only line-of-site PBS stations in Washington (Weta and WHUT), but also the outstanding MPT channels from Annapolis. The "Good" outcome was that I tried an extra indoor antenna that I had in storage and hung up on a pendant lamp hanging 10-12 feet' in my kitchen, and then pointing it in the same direction as the one on the chimney using a compass on a CP app and fine tuning with MPT. The Annapolis station comes in clearly, plus dozens of the usual broadcast channels. Problem solved in less than 2 hrs with a little ingenuity and using my outdoor extension ladder indoors, some white cable, white duct tape and white cable hangers. It is sad the the nation's capital does not have any competition in this business."

"I had called prior to purchasing the certificate to make sure they had a big enough ladder to install the curtain rod and was told yes, but when I went to book the service, was told they don't have one that can do the job. They were polite, but it was disappointing as I was told incorrect info."

"Fantastic! Some of our windows are 30’ up and they cleaned them all beautifully!! Very impressed with the gentleman that did the work too ?"

"Oscar the owner came out and gave an estimate for chimney repair and repairs for other masonry projects.  He was very punctual, professional and kind.  His estimate was fair and I was impressed that he actually went up on the roof and looked all around the chimney to see what repairs were needed.  While he did have to cancel several scheduled appointments due to bad weather, he kept me informed about his situation.  His staff was very courteous.  I think he did a good job.  I would use his services again.  His total cost for repairing a basement retaining wall, masonry window frame, broken block in another wall and a chimney was lower in cost than one company quoted for just repairing the chimney by itself.  Like any contractor, you have to clearly explain what you want and make sure that the work you want done is being performed.  I went around and checked everything and pointed out some touch up that needed to be done.  Overall, I am very happy with the work done.  No leaks around the chimney and good quality masonry repairs. "

"Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? I got excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. The new mailbox with a new post is fine."
