"Really impressed by the "old-school" craftsmanship and attention to detail - templates were perfect - installers were pros - no question about it.  The seams are barely perceptible.   The team that did the installation definitely went above and beyond to make sure all the little items were resolved (how to fasten the downdraft, waterline access for the coffee maker.)   They also worked very "clean" and spent an admirable time cleaning up the worksite when done.    
Everyone showed up on time, and called to confirm when they were on their way.
Only thought for other customers - weekday shopping for the slabs may be smoother than our weekend experience.   The staff was enthusiastic and helpful on the weekend, but not as knowledgable as the professionals that took over the execution of the project for us.   
We highly recommend (and we don't do that often!)  Exceptionally beautiful work.

"Everything went extremely great. They were very friendly in the showroom and went out of there way for us. Price was good, workmanship was great and were always on time. Had a couple minor chips in the countertop which was to be expected as my job was large, their service department handled it right away , I was impressed. After doing such a good job on the countertops, I had them do the backsplash also. Same results, fast friendly service and excellent workmanship, plus was able to return most of what they did not use. "We arrived at Timeless Stone and they were attentive and friendly. Michael took us out to pick out the stone, he was really knowledgeable and helpful. I told him the colors of my kitchen and he showed us the perfect stone. It was pricey (we happened to pick one of the most expensive kinds) but no more expensive then any other company. They came out and templated the next week and it was ready to install in about 4 or 5 days. The installers were nice, everything went smoothly. I have recommended them to family already!

"We very much appreciated that Chris listened to what we wanted to have done and why; after listening he sent pictures of options and made suggestions that would help to make the kitchen look really nice.  He sent pictures as the work was being completed to make sure we liked everything as it was being completed.  After the initial work was completed, we added a few more things to the to do list and had the kitchen light fixtures, the range hood, outside light fixtures and replacements of our sun room skylights.  We very much liked the work that was done and are planning/saving for our next project and will be calling Chris again to complete the work.

"This company did a great job with remodeling our existing basement. We hired them to build a 1200 square-foot finished basement with a full bath, entertainment center and a full bar area. The crew was neat, clean and courteous every time we spoke with them or came in contact with them. They had to cut the concrete floor and install underground piping for the bathroom in the bar area and also they installed an underground and ejector pit for the full bathroom that we had installed. We couldn't be happier with the work, skill level and the finished product which is simply amazing. It's our new favorite spot in the home and we now spend most of our time there.
