The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! I did not hear one complaint or even a sigh of having to work in an attic in this Texas heat but rather he did the job with a smile on his face and had an incredible attitude the whole time. "There was an issue after installation with a broken pipe. Carlos the Plumber went back to my house 3 times trying to find the problem. It was a very difficult broken pipe that even the city couldn't find. On the 3rd try, Carlos repaired the problem free of charge. He was professional, and made sure the work was complete. Excellent communication and showed up on time when he said he would."

"Mike was our technician and was so pleasant and easy to deal with. He did a thorough check of our AC system and made one recommendation, but did not try to pressure us in any way to replace anything unnecessary. A couple of years ago we had been pressured by another company to replace our aging system. We called Air Systems after reading good reviews and they only did what was needed and saved us thousands of dollars. Our system has been running perfectly since then and they were back today for a maintenance check-up. I was nervous that Mike would find something major needing done, but he didn't. He cleaned out the drain pipe and only recommended a fan cleaning which we will have them do. We are going with their service plan which is a reasonable price of $156. for both AC and heating maintenance throughout the year."

"After the Texas winter storm hit we had our main line coming into the house was busted on a fitting so called the office on Tuesday and let a message, my call was returned on Saturday morning said they would be out the next day. Arrived promptly on time and repaired the pipe, even reinstalled the insulation around the pipe. Knowledgeable in what they were doing and very nice. Will make them my only plumbing company"

"After a major local company quoted me hundreds more, I turned to Angie's List and found Ray Ray's Plumbing. (For some reason I could not find the business again when I went back to write this review.) While some other companies REFUSE to give a ballpark quote, even when you know exactly what needs to be done, Ray quoted me a reasonable range. It ended up being on the low end, even though he could've charged a lot more. Great service from an honest plumber."
