I sent him picture of work to be done and he gave quote. He showed up at the time he designated to do the work the next day, early morning. I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. DilMak immediately realized it is really just an outside condenser unit to pump heat (hot Freon) through a coil wrapped around another coil through which my pool water circulates.
