Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. "I don?t have money for services I was tricked into getting. I will Never use R3 again and I'm letting the world know. A supervisor, Anthony Segura, came to my house while was having a leak from my garbage disposal repaired and one pipe replaced under. That costs me almost $900. He told me that my insurance was going to cover the water mitigation and talked me into having that horrible dehumidifier machine placed in my house for a week. I asked repeatedly to have that machine removed after the 2rd day because it was freaking my dogs. Anthony and the technician refused saying it would affect the insurance claim (cost over $1,600). I was lied to! I was told that if my insurance did not approve my claim, he would gather the equipment and there would be no charge. ?Don?t worry? he said and to trust him. My insurance DENIED the claim and I am stuck with a big bill. Advice; Do Not Allow Them To Start Work on your home until it is approved by your insurance company."

"I hired Viking to iinstall new tank and pump. The pump went out so I called for repair service. I had no water for almost a week. Calls went unreturned. When Sheldon finally returned my call he said he was too busy and would not come to check on problem for another week. He said that I was on my own and to call the vendor that sold him the pump. I paid over $7000.00 for lousy customer service and faulty equipment that didn?t last for more than a few years. Do not hire this company. "
