He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "LOVED, LOVED, LOVED working with STL Build Pro! They remodeled our basement and made it an amazing space, that we are already enjoying! Our basement was completely unfinished - they worked with us to design the entire space. We added a living space, wet bar, bedroom, play area, 2 bathrooms (one full bath and a half bath) and laundry area! Every member of the team is extremely professional and courteous and so enjoyable to work with - even our kids loved having them around and talking to them every morning before they left for school! They made sure we were happy and satisfied with each part of the basement. They pay attention to every little detail! We added on some small projects upstairs as well, and they were very accommodating to any additional renovations we wanted to do or any changes we requested to things they were already working on in the basement. I would highly recommend them for any project - I already have some renovations I plan to do in the future and will be reaching out to them again for that work - I wouldn't use anyone else!"

James came out to give us a bid and called me that same night with the figures. We also wanted to replace our front door and he told us where to go (Hoods in Festus) to look for a new one. (They were great to work with, too.) The deck and stairs were completed within a few weeks of signing the contract and the new door was replaced within a few days of it finally arriving from the manufacturer. James also had his crew replace the shutters on the front of the house and is going to help us install new lights by the new door and garage door.
