We have escalated to management so many times and here we sit hearing crickets don?t waste your time, energy and mental state as it?s truly exhausting. One bad wind gust and who knows what will happen at this point. They have done so much damage to my 11k sliding window we purchased from them, to the window itself and inside and outside of my home."
