"They arrived promptly each day and left my yard cleaner than it started. There were a couple of minor glitches due to missed communication between the different crews but they were promptly corrected when pointed out. As with the painting company I hired after Angie's List, Precision exceeded my expectations! When unforeseen damage was found they were flexible and willing to work with me regarding the extra payment. I hope never to need another roof but I would not hesitate to call them! "The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"I reached out to three separate roofing companies for a quote to replace my roof and gutters. Cutting Edge Restorations came in a little below the second one and waaayyy below the first one. The gutters were a bit lower as well. Michael communicated well and made sure I was kept in the loop with timing and personally came out when I made the decision to go with Cutting Edge Restorations to go through colors and materials. The roof was completely torn off and replaced all in one day. The roof looked great and the cleanup was good as well. The gutters were done a couple of weeks later. Again, the work was done in one day and cleanup was good as well. I would definitely recommend these guys. I love my new roof and gutters."

"Todd was very good at first. He came out, gave a quote, brought out his crew and did the job when he said he would. Overall the job was done well and I gave them an A rating. However they did break an overhead window which bordered the deck. Todd said to call him and let him know when I got it repaired and offered a $500 holdback on the quote. I did not hold that against them in my previous review since accidents happen. However when I got the window replaced on July 7, Todd said they would come out the next day to finish the job. I have had no response to my emails or phone messages since. Yesterday (Aug. 20) I went out and bought materials and finished it myself. The window repair cost me $1800."

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"I was very pleased. The worker (Rusty) who performed the job was friendly and all around pleasant. He worked on it non-stop to get the job done in one day and done professionally. I'm very pleased with the workmanship. The gutters were custom made on site and gutter guards were installed as well. I like that it ended up being cheaper than anyone else saving me some extra $$. When he left, there was no mess at all including any signs of the old gutters and hardware."
