Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"Great service. We needed to have our house and barn stained (cedar siding) and painted (trim). We also needed some carpentry repair. Kelvin walked all over our roof to make sure he identified all of the trim repair needed and gave us a detailed list. He also made certain that the stain he used matched what was put on last time. The end result was excellent. The house looks great and the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend them."

"We hired Idyle’s Painting and Home Restoration to paint the exterior trim of our home. Ryan and his team were super friendly and fantastic to work with. The quality of the work was great - his team really went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with their work. They even discovered some rotted wood that would have eventually led to some headaches and expensive repairs and potentially harmful mold. Fortunately, his carpenter was able to quickly repair the damaged wood and it looks great. Ryan did a great job communicating with us so we were always aware of everything happening. You can tell that Ryan and his crew care about their work and making sure that everything is done correctly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone asking and I will be using Ryan for all of my future painting projects."

"After setting a start date Mr. Hargrove failed to show up and sent someone who we never met to pick up the installment pay. He was not knowledgeable about the job he was contracted to do. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.

"I have a hobby shop in my garage and we needed to insulate the attic space to get the most out of our mini-split heat pump. Jose gave us a very reasonable quote to install cellulose-based blown-in insulation for a 20'x35' attic space. Jose and his team did a good job of prepping the space, installing the insulation and cleaning up. This took 38 bags of 19 lb insulation and nearly 4 hours to complete the job. Installing this blown-in insulation is a rather messy job and Jose did a very thorough work to ensure even coverage of the attic space."

"Perfection Remodeling will be our one and only call for any work we do on our home. They are communicative, honest, efficient, and trustworthy. We have never worked with someone that focuses so much on their customer. There wasn't a time during our project that I didn't know what was happening or didn't know the next step. Dan and Steve checked in daily, confirming what was on the schedule for that week and reviewing the long-term timeline. We've never completed a project as huge as gutting and replacing an entire kitchen, but felt at ease and confident with the work and choices during the remodel. Dan gave his honest opinion on our choices (couners, floors, etc.) in terms of durability and upkeep. It was big for us not to have to redo any of this work, but also have a kitchen of our dreams. This dream kitchen was complete in about 5 weeks which is so much faster than we expected. We wanted a functional kitchen by Thanksgiving (we were hosting) and that's what they gave us. Everyone that came into our home to work was kind (especially to our young children) and we felt completely comfortable to be at home with them or to leave while they worked. We cannot praise more highly the quality of their service and outcome of their work. We're already thinking about our next project with them and will truly never recommend or use anyone else."

"Very good. Removed and replaced existing Trex Composite deck boards, plywood underlayment and the existing guard railings was modified as required to meet safety codes. Guard rails were painted. All debris was removed from site and disposed of. New Trex Composite deck boards was installed."
