"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"We hired Idyle’s Painting and Home Restoration to paint the exterior trim of our home. Ryan and his team were super friendly and fantastic to work with. The quality of the work was great - his team really went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with their work. They even discovered some rotted wood that would have eventually led to some headaches and expensive repairs and potentially harmful mold. Fortunately, his carpenter was able to quickly repair the damaged wood and it looks great. Ryan did a great job communicating with us so we were always aware of everything happening. "We initially called Mr Hargrove in August for an estimate on painting of the exterior trim, gutters, and around windows and doors, etc. on our two story brick house.  We were very impressed with his punctual call return and his punctual arrival for an estimate.  We needed the house pressure washed and scraped all around as the house had been neglected by the previous owners and needed serious work.  We liked his plan and his estimate and we decided on the spot to hire him and his company as there were many other things that were also going to be needed and we thought "this was our guy for anything that we need"  His crew showed up on the date and time specified and went to work immediately washing and scraping the exterior of the house.  They also had to remove all the storm windows for proper scraping and painting.  It was pretty hot, but his guys showed up every day and did a fantastic job.  We were and still are VERY impressed with the job they did and would hire them again in a minute!  During one particular nasty rain storm we noticed a serious leak in a couple of rooms and told James about it and he went right up on the roof and found where it had leaked and within the next few days, he had put on a new roof on that part of the house and it has not leaked since!  And the new shutters they installed look great!!  We have also had two of our neighbors stop by commenting on how good our house looks and wanted to know who did it and we happily gave them his number!  We are new to this area and we feel very fortunate to have found James Hargrove and his home improvement company and definitely plan on using them again!!

"I have a hobby shop in my garage and we needed to insulate the attic space to get the most out of our mini-split heat pump. Jose gave us a very reasonable quote to install cellulose-based blown-in insulation for a 20'x35' attic space. Jose and his team did a good job of prepping the space, installing the insulation and cleaning up. This took 38 bags of 19 lb insulation and nearly 4 hours to complete the job. Installing this blown-in insulation is a rather messy job and Jose did a very thorough work to ensure even coverage of the attic space."

"Perfection Remodeling will be our one and only call for any work we do on our home. They are communicative, honest, efficient, and trustworthy. We have never worked with someone that focuses so much on their customer. There wasn't a time during our project that I didn't know what was happening or didn't know the next step. Dan and Steve checked in daily, confirming what was on the schedule for that week and reviewing the long-term timeline. We've never completed a project as huge as gutting and replacing an entire kitchen, but felt at ease and confident with the work and choices during the remodel. Dan gave his honest opinion on our choices (couners, floors, etc.) in terms of durability and upkeep. It was big for us not to have to redo any of this work, but also have a kitchen of our dreams. This dream kitchen was complete in about 5 weeks which is so much faster than we expected. We wanted a functional kitchen by Thanksgiving (we were hosting) and that's what they gave us. Everyone that came into our home to work was kind (especially to our young children) and we felt completely comfortable to be at home with them or to leave while they worked. We cannot praise more highly the quality of their service and outcome of their work. We're already thinking about our next project with them and will truly never recommend or use anyone else."
