"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"After setting a start date Mr. Hargrove failed to show up and sent someone who we never met to pick up the installment pay. He was not knowledgeable about the job he was contracted to do. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.

"I have a hobby shop in my garage and we needed to insulate the attic space to get the most out of our mini-split heat pump. Jose gave us a very reasonable quote to install cellulose-based blown-in insulation for a 20'x35' attic space. Jose and his team did a good job of prepping the space, installing the insulation and cleaning up. This took 38 bags of 19 lb insulation and nearly 4 hours to complete the job. Installing this blown-in insulation is a rather messy job and Jose did a very thorough work to ensure even coverage of the attic space."

"Perfection Remodeling will be our one and only call for any work we do on our home. They are communicative, honest, efficient, and trustworthy. We have never worked with someone that focuses so much on their customer. There wasn't a time during our project that I didn't know what was happening or didn't know the next step. Dan and Steve checked in daily, confirming what was on the schedule for that week and reviewing the long-term timeline. We've never completed a project as huge as gutting and replacing an entire kitchen, but felt at ease and confident with the work and choices during the remodel. Dan gave his honest opinion on our choices (couners, floors, etc.) in terms of durability and upkeep. It was big for us not to have to redo any of this work, but also have a kitchen of our dreams. This dream kitchen was complete in about 5 weeks which is so much faster than we expected. We wanted a functional kitchen by Thanksgiving (we were hosting) and that's what they gave us. "Very good. Removed and replaced existing Trex Composite deck boards, plywood underlayment and the existing guard railings was modified as required to meet safety codes. Guard rails were painted. All debris was removed from site and disposed of. New Trex Composite deck boards was installed."
