"I purchased the initial Big Deals on 4/17. 8 hours of handyman service. The job was to replace 7 fence posts and reattach an existing fence. Chris came on 5/10 and worked for 3 hours to install 2 fence posts including digging out the existing footings. The section of fence for this area was not reattached in order for the concrete to set. I had to tie the fence to the posts with clothesline to keep it out of the HOA common area for the next month until they returned. I purchased another Big Deal (4 hrs) on 5/26 because they needed more than 5 hours to finish. Rick and Chris came back on 6/9 to finish. They worked for a total of 9 hours to attach the 1st section of fence to the 1st 2 posts, remove 3 sections of fence & install 5 more fence posts. I purchased another Big Deal (4 hrs) so they could finish. They left anyway. The quality of workmanship was poor. The gate doesn't close properly now and one of the posts is wobbly because they were reset 8-10" deep in the original footings. The 1st section of fence has gaps on both sides because he replaced 3 broken boards with 2 & rearranged the existing boards. The extra board was available. They used less than 1 bag of concrete for 5 posts. The work is still not complete. They were supposed to come yesterday to finish but cancelled."
