I base this on calling another plumber and being quoted a lesser price, but it would have caused me to go another day without hot water, so I used Larry."

"After seeing a coupon and reading some reviews on Angie's list, I called Paul at 8:00am after the refrigerator had not been working for the past 24 hours. He returned my call by 9:00am and set an appointment time between 11:00am and 1:00pm. He arrived on time. He tested several parts of the fridge and explained that the problem was with the defroster thermometer. Went to purchase the new part and replaced it. I was so pleased that he actually returned my call in a timely manner, arrived at the appointed time, and explained exactly why the fridge wasn't working. He was friendly and the price was very fair. "Repair was to fix a small drip leak in the water meter box. The repair would have cost about $1,800 involving removal old plastic pipe and several square feet of concrete. The drip is very small and not worth the cost. The individuals that came out were polite and professional. I will consider using them in the future."

They scheduled to return the next morning at 10:00 am to make the repair. Started to become concerned when we received call to let us know that he would be late. Tyler did promise to fix the problem that day, so that put us at ease. The ground had to be dug up and a special tool was needed so the owner Steve came out with the tool and helped to complete the job. They went above and beyond with the work that they did and never suggested that we would need to pay more. These guys are hard working and honest. We would definitely use their services again."
