If you use him get his estimated cost before you tell him you are on Angies list. I base this on calling another plumber and being quoted a lesser price, but it would have caused me to go another day without hot water, so I used Larry."

"Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."

One turned out to be super complicated, but he explained & showed me the problem with my kitchen faucet, under my sink was old, rusted out & falling apart. He again went to get the parts, came back & fixed it and now I have an up to code & new faucet. He's now my go to guy to fix any problem I might have or complete a project I have."

"Repair was to fix a small drip leak in the water meter box. The repair would have cost about $1,800 involving removal old plastic pipe and several square feet of concrete. The drip is very small and not worth the cost. The individuals that came out were polite and professional. I will consider using them in the future."

They scheduled to return the next morning at 10:00 am to make the repair. Started to become concerned when we received call to let us know that he would be late. Tyler did promise to fix the problem that day, so that put us at ease. The ground had to be dug up and a special tool was needed so the owner Steve came out with the tool and helped to complete the job. They went above and beyond with the work that they did and never suggested that we would need to pay more. These guys are hard working and honest. We would definitely use their services again."
