The tech that did the diagnostic said the water softener just needed o-ring replacement. the tech that did the repair found irregularities in the tank and could not set the o-ring right so he said it would continue to leak and it is, still gave me the $819 bill. As far as billing I was quoted $819, to lessen the blow I joined the Comfy Club before the repair to get a membership discount, still paid $819. Asked about the discount and after two weeks of asking was finally told the discount was automatically applied, I guess the discount was 0. Also as part of the Comfy Club I scheduled a HVAC tuneup with a window between 12 and 4 and by 410 still had no clue if or when the tech would show up. So I don?t feel Comfy, I feel like I got ripped off and will definitely not have anything further to do with this company. "

"Do NOT use, Siver State Plumbing; They do not stand by the parts they install. Valve was found to be defective and refuses to shut off completely. But you don't discover the defective part till it is after "warranty". Who would check every valve they install after they leave? Valve wasn't needed to be shut off until work done on the washing machine. Then the faulty valve was discovered to not completely close off. They refuse to even look at the problem unless I pay a $89 service charge. "
