He was extremely knowledgeable, helped make final decisions, and overall was very easy to talk to. When we hired fix-a-pool the second owner of the company ran the crews and was the point of contact. He was also knowledgeable and helped us through every step of the process. I recommend any pool owner looking to resurface their pool must have a little patience with the supply chain and labor force, and try to not change the scope of work once they start. We decided to add a larger rock/slide grotto fixture which put our project behind (but SO worth the wait). The BEST part about Fix-a-pool, is you are a customer for life. When I was ready to heat my jacuzzi the first time, fix-a-pool showed up to help me start it up. When I did not run it for 5 months, and I called for a refresh, they answered and walked me through the process. To me, there is no other company that I would consider giving my business to. They were the best find money could buy and I know they will take care of us for years to come."
