"We had our tile floors cleaned and restored by Bayron and his crew. Our dirty grout and worn tile is now immaculate and looks brand new - exactly as promised. A big plus was there was no down time and we could walk on it right away. The guys showed up on time and wee done within 5 hours. They moved all of the furniture, pulled the fridge and even did the coat closet. We were more than happy with the results. We were thrilled ! Highly recommend SKFR!"

"Daniel and his crew did my quartz countertops on May 1st. They came in the morning and were finished by dinner with the whole project! He communicated throughout the project. Good price and a great job. Would not hesitate to use Precision Granite again. Thank you Daniel."

"This company was great! I had called two other companies first. One kept telling me he would call me back when he was available, but never did. The other one actually made an appointment to come over and do the work, but never showed up! Finally I called Hector and he came over, looked at what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and made a date to come. They showed up on time and his two very nice, and obviously competent helpers, immediately got to work. I needed a few Travertine tiles repaired in my kitchen floor. I also had them install a new kitchen faucet. While the two helpers worked on the floor, one of Hectorâ s men who specializes in plumbing showed up to do the faucet! I was impressed. The faucet was installed quickly and professional. The floor had to be done in 3 stages (needed to dry) and the men came back exactly when they said they would. Everyone was so polite and professional! The price was reasonable and they didnâ t ask for any money until they were done. I will definitely call them for any future work I need on my two houses."

"We had our granite countertops cleaned, sealed and polished. They now look and feel like new, just like they did 27 years ago! We are very pleased."

"Carlos was the person who cleaned my tile floors. He was punctual and gave a courtesy call when he was on the way to me house. I showed him my problem areas of the house that I could not remove from a mop. He did a great job and was able to remove all the floor stains I had. My floor looked like new again even though I've only lived in my house for 1 year. Carlos was very friendly and easy to talk to. I asked a lot of questions about caring for my floor. He wrote down recommendations for me, where I could buy the products and such."
