"It was a great experience. I highly recommend prodigy roofing. He was right on, he messaged me right away, communicated the whole time. He gave me an estimate within a few days the project was complete. Chris went above and beyond. He actually took a satellite down for us and ended up repairing our roof there that was damaged. I highly recommend prodigy roofing and would use them again. The price was well within budget. I would take a picture but I can't get on the roof."

"Our roof was about 17+ years old and several years ago, in one bedroom, we started to notice a leak in the ceiling. We had a roofing company come to inspect and they replaced an area of shingles they thought could be the culprit. Unfortunately, this slowed down the leak but never fixed it 100%. Fast forward to several years later and the leak is back and worse. We also had been considering replacing all the gutters, adding getting gutter guards and wanted a quote. We called three companies with good Angie's list reviews as we were looking for a different company to try than last time. One company never called back, another company called back 4 days later (wow no thanks) but TCS answered the phone with a live person. She was professional, kind and took all the needed information. Then within 45mins James (owner) called to get more specific details on our issue. He checked the schedule, booked a technician and updated me with all the needed details via text. This was a great and efficient use of both his and my time. The tech Donnie called the day of the appointment and was able to make it out a bit early. He was great. We hunted to try to identify the leak in the attic. He and the other tech worked as a team to try and find the source of the issues. It was a mystery but one thing was for sure... The roof was old and nearing its end of life. Donnie and his tech caulked the several nails that could be the issue for FREE but advised we needed to consider more work to truly fix the leak. The next day James (owner) called and we discussed getting together to look at the gutter options and to take another look at the leak and see if we could find the source. James came over as scheduled (a bit early with a courtesy call too) and he walked the whole roof and made several investigative videos. He also looked in the attic in great detail. We reviewed the videos and a few things were instantly apparent. One, the original roof was installed with a lot of incorrect shingle placement issues (many only 2-3" spaced so you could lift and see felt easy as they should be a min of 6") and 2 lots of nail pops and shingle wear of an old roof. James took many photos/videos and we discussed several options. An inexpensive roof repair (a crew comes and caulks cracks, nail pops etc), a replacement of just the part of the roof that the leak would come from and a full roof replacement. Later that day I had all three quotes in an email with details roof line diagrams and schematics, detailed cost break down etc. All documents were totally professional and easy to understand. This felt like next level contractor professionalism compared to other companies we have used in the past. He even included a Dropbox link to all the photos and videos he and Donnie captured on their visits. We deiced to not throw money at the "repair" options and just replace the old roof. The crew came on time. The work took 1 and a half days. They cleaned up all debris and moved the planters back to the porch etc. The roof looks awesome and the materials they used were far better than the original roof and... it rained all night last night... no leak so far that ceiling spot stayed dry! Thanks to the TCS team for all the work and help on this. After winter we will be calling them for the gutter replacement. I highly recommend TCS to everyone."

"went well he made sure they were all level before he said he was done, he checked them all several time and was sure everything was working. I am now considering hiring Jason to replace old roofing tiles. to replace old roofing. I"

"Steve was AMAZING from start to finish. The quality of materials used were top notch, and exactly what he said I would get! Ran into a few issues (unseen) with my roof along the way. Steve took pictures and showed me. Gave me options on how to fix it, then took care of it right away. The crew was very professional, you couldn't even tell they were there after they left. Highly recommend!"

"A recent storm took down our gutter. Everlasting Gutters came out quickly for a quote and was able to get it replaced during the holidays which we really appreciated. Price was fair for a gutter repair and service was done on time and very professional. Would highly recommend"

"Sam and team did a great job acting quickly after our tornado damage. Fixed the roof, including all framing and other needs, and installed roof nicely. We had a rain interruption which caused a leak but he took care of it all. Sure, Sam isn't the cheapest in town but it's a great roof and he's a stand-up guy."

"After calling several roofing companies for pricing and availability, I scheduled a roof maintenance service with Southern Strong because they offered the best price AND could accommodate my schedule. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work. He said that if that these repairs didn't solve the problem, he would recommend replacing the flashing and the affected shingles. It is now seven months later, and I haven't had a single problem with the roof since then. I highly recommend Southern Strong Roofing: they are pleasant professionals who provide affordable, effective, and thorough service. The next time I have a roofing problem, I will make one call--and that will be to Southern Strong."

"The roof and gutter replacement and aluminum window wrap were repairs to storm damage. The painting and garage door aluminum wrap were optional services that I decided to go ahead with because of the other related work being performed. The workmanship quality varied depending on what type of work was being done.
Roofing - This was by far the best part of the work performed in terms of quality and workmanship. There really is nothing like a Sparkman roof that I have seen (a lot of roofs were replaced last year due to hail damage). It looks great, the ridge vents improved the overall look of the roofline, and they paid attention to all the fine details such as matching the color of the vents etc. My one qualm is the scheduling. It seems like it took a long time to get the work scheduled, and then they kept moving the date. Then they literally gave me one days notice before they came to do the work.
Gutters - The gutter installation quality was good. Unfortunately they ordered the wrong color. They showed up one night to do the installation without warning, and we were away from the house while the work was being done. When we got home it was dark, so I didnt notice the color difference until the next day. Instead of removing and replacing with the correct color, they offered to paint the gutters and cut me a good deal on painting the soffit and fascia. All in all I was satisfied with this solution but again, not happy with the scheduling aspect (suddenly turning up to do the work without notice).
Aluminum wrap - This was the least satisfying part of the work. The subcontractor who did the work did not do a very good job in my opinion. They did not remove the old wrap from around the windows and opted to install the new wrap over the old wrap. The bending and forming of the wrap, and the sealing were ok but not great. They did a sloppy job of nailing the wrap. The original wrap was installed during a window installation and the nails were well hidden by the window installers. The Sparkman subcontractor made no attempt to hide the nails, so the overall finish doesnt look so great. Additionally, they installed wrap on the garage door with visible nails, and did a poor job of installing the weather strip molding over the wrap. I had to remove the weather strip molding and reinstall it myself to make it look decent. They also didnt seal it, so I had to do that as well.
All in all my results were mixed. I'd have them install a roof any day. However, I would probably not use them for any other type of work on my home in the future.

"Martin and his crew did a great job replacing my roof.  When I reached out to him about what I needed, Martin called me back right away and remained quick and easy to communicate with throughout the job.  Martin had good suggestions on the color and type of shingle to use.  The installation started and finished exactly when he said it would.  And it looks great.  The cleanup was also spotless.  I would definitely used Fuller Construction again.
