"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. He made videos of every stage of the fence repair, explaining what need to be done and the results of the finished work. He gave an estimate of every part of the total repair job including materials needed. Dana is also very conscious of the money it costs his clients. "Very well. We were informed on a regular basis when the work would start and when the supplies dumpster and other items would arrive. Once everything arrived, the Lonestar staff began the process of removing the old siding and replacing it with the new siding. Partly through the process, the new storm doors were installed. All of this took about 10 days. The staff were very attentive to detail and really took pride in their work. Finally, the new gutters were installed. All in all, a job well done."
